There are 3 ways to engage with Facebook (FB) at SAFM.
- LIKE The School of Applied Functional Medicine (https://www.facebook.com/AppliedFunctionalMedicine/) page to see SAFM activity on your home page feed. This page is public and is where we host all of the monthly FB Lives and other occasional programming. Staff also posts various articles and announcements in this area.
- Your Peer Huddle Group secret FB Page. You will be invited to join this group after you select the Huddle time that works best for your schedule. If you do not make a selection, you will be assigned to a Huddle. You can not switch to a different Huddle once assigned. This is the group of people you will most likely interact with the most during your semester. All Huddle meetings are recorded and posted in the Videos section on the Huddle FB page.
- The SAFM Practitioner Forum - this is another secret FB group to which you will be invited during week 13 of your Core 101 semester. This group includes SAFM students across all of our programs. The interactions on this forum can be exciting but also overwhelming as the level of experience and discussion can be advanced. Having 3 months of your SAFM semester and your Peer Huddle group prior to joining, will help you utilize the forum in helpful and productive ways.
